Leading one of the Marzotto-Lab Company, the Linificio e Canapificio Nazionale, the biggest Linen player in Europe: three different Plants in three different Countries - Italy, Lithuania, Tunisia - one commercial office in Italy, 1.000 employees and customers spread over five continents. Main task of my job is to continue the relaunch of the business of Linificio e Canapificio Nazional : 

• staying close to the customers and understanding their business needs 
• improving the service to the customers, establishing also a partnership relationship 
• improving the range of products to offer to the customer, always creating new and different products 
• improving the quality of the product, by acting on production processes and on the designing of new products processes 
• following the marketing and improving the advertising 
• coordinating the strategies to approach new markets and new customers 
• bringing innovation in processes and product of the Company.
